Guest guest
More than 80% of the " so called " SPIRITUAL problems of people are purely PSYCHOLOGICAL! ~ (Who said that?) Many people INDEED attempt to look for solution to their psychological problems in the realm of spirituality! At one end, it dilutes the spiritual search at other then end it keeps their REAL problems HELD firmly in Place! ....and, lists after lists, gurus after gurus, books after books, meditations after mediations, the real RESULT is just - the Square One - " phir chuhia ki chuhia " (after all the ‘trips’ and ‘pretending’ to be ‘awakend’, ‘enlightened’, ‘realized’, , LIGHT and Power, the mouse is mouse is a mouse Again!) As Jody likes to say, " even after you know, who you are - you STILL remain the same PERSON, which you were! " And, even 'demonstrates' that one do INDEED keep exhibiting same psychological problems of lack of self worth, lack of self esteem, jealousy, seemingly persistent bitterness, continued negative emotions after the 'trips' to ....knowing, who you really are! Generally, problems that exist at a particular level are BEST solved at that level Alone! If your back aches, if your body burns, if your bones are cracked - it might be better to FIX them at the physical level. Else, the 'spirituality' might INDEED become a mere ESCAPE for you, a way to AVOID looking at what is REALLY WRONG! A way to stop looking at - what really matters to you!!! But, then, as soon as you " come back " form your spiritual 'trip', it is again HERE - STARING you in Face! And, you simply become addicted to spirituality! Just like an alcoholic gets addicted to booze even though, none of his/her boozing trips really solve the problems/pains hi/she is trying to Avoid! In fact, in many cases, it Simply makes them worse and more Poisonous! So, what is that WAY in SUCH a Case...? 1. Admit (to 'yourself'), that this is INDEED the case. 2. Accept (WITHIN) FULLY that you indeed have been fooling yourself and you INDEED have been using spirituality like a DRUG! (Gurus after gurus, lists after lists, books after books is USUALLY a Great Indicator!) and ... 3. Ask Judi ....
