Guest guest
I Am says: what does not last is experienced as loss and loss is experienced as pain momentary pleasures which do not last give birth to desire and desire leads to the search for self-gratification when the self is not satisfied a sense of loss enters the mind and the mind seeks to avoid this pain thus, the very search for pleasure is the cause of pain I Am says: Give up the desire for pleasure and you will not even know what is pain I Am says: one can also state that the very persuit of pain is pleasurable I Am says: it's a cycle: pleasure, pain, pleasure, pain one seeks pleasure to avoid pain pleasure is achieved for but a moment then pain returns I Am says: how does one get out of this cycle? why even try? I Am says: without hot, one cannot have cold without up, one cannot have down without pain, one cannot have pleasure and vice versa without pleasure, one cannot have pain I Am says: how can I not experience these? I live in a world where duality is the reality of my existence I am neither wholly good nor wholly bad I am not entirely a body nor am I entirely spirit I am both and as such I am suchness in truth, I am not even this I am not such and such nor am I this or that the only identity I can say I have is that I Am. I Am. I Am. what else can I say? I Am I Am says: I Am I Am says: I Am I Am says: ....ad infinitum... LW
Guest guest
Strange, but my I Am says nothing. Only my thoughts are echoing the books I have read about I Am, about duality and about various related stuff.
