Oh Seeker, Day 29

Shall we speak of Feelings today,

those clever little e-motions that light up our day

or dampen our spirits and walk away in a huff

even take up stones to throw at anyone of us,

 

where do they come from and how do they arrive,

not on a boat, or train, or fly in on a whim,

not even a car ride on the far side of any personal

will

can evoke any message garneered as sinful and reckless;

are

feelings caught in a net of starlight falling from the heavens the

day we were born and now behooves a 12-sign mind,

do we need to know Einstein-ian theories of relativity

or pass me a cup of Newton-ian Laws of situational gravity?

 

Well, my Friends and Beloveds, it's like anything else,

a little of this, a little of that, and it tastes like Cosmic Stew.

Feelings, it's nothing more than feelings,

or

* thoughts felt by the body*

and since

thoughts are things,

clouds on a blue sky,

or

dreary gray skies of bleak,

the sun always shines

thru

to the Other Side

 

(oh, and one more thing,

In Whom do you Trust,

and what do you beLIEve in?-
