Guest guest
When we wake up from the dream we have been dreaming try a littlebenefit of a doubt, instead of walking around cock sure of this is how itis going to be from now on, try a little tenderness, walk quietly without fear in your mind and talk slowly gather your senses about, make yourselfknown to your own heart, gather your wits about you and declare yourself and everyone innocent of any wrong doing as most of usare truly doing the best under the circumstances of our life. You'veheard " forgive them for they know not what they do " , I'm sure. Andtry a little equanimity. Attach yourself to neither joy nor pain. Learnto be free as a bare tree, strong, without thought of being naked in bothsun and rain, just being free to bend as the wind blows. This is the masterkey of life, to let go. You've heard the phrase " let go and let God " ,of course you have. What did you think it meant? As long as thethought of separation remains between " you " and " God " , you willbe stuck in a pattern of avoiding or desire. Try a little compassionfor yourself, know this is what one does until unity is understood, & practiced as a way of life. This is a living of peace in all worlds. There are endless worlds of self-creation, these thoughts of whowe think we are. Thoughts about thoughts. Endless thoughts.Wisps of fire, ghost walks in the echos of our mind. How arewe really? Are we ever as good as we think we are or how badwe imagine ourselves to be? We create this character inside our heads, try to live up to these impossible standards and expecteveryone else to live up to these phantoms in our heads. Sometimeswe are so hateful of ourselves we take joy in seeing how right we areabout how wrong people are. That stinks of a " spiritual " separation. We look upon others as reflections of ourselves. The mirror never lies,it is just that we never see a true mirror, we hardly see ourselves as we really are. And yet, as we go about our lives in the search for Godand a justification for our life, sometimes we start waking up a littlebit at a time, sometimes this happens all at once. However it occurs,we realize we are not nor have we ever been separated from God, we justthought we were. And we never had to do anything special to know that.God is living in us as us. How awesome is that? Too much and toobig to believe, this human being that we are. In whose image did we makeGod? Remember God 'made' us in his/her own image. And what does thatactually, truly mean for any one? Being one with God automatically fills in the blank of being one with anyone and anything that happens. In my honest opinion. See, that's another difficulty to understand, letting go and trusting, how does one trust the words of another? Go back to square one and remember to remember God is in all words and allthe lips who speak them. Now just understand that there aresome lips who just haven't awakened to to the knowing of Who they really are, this Being who is One with God, for now the identification process of avoidance and desire comesto a screeching halt in the equanimity in the arms of What Is,the search is over. All we have ever been looking for is theLove we have never given to ourselves.Love,Ana
Guest guest
Anna, Reading your morning tips fills my eyes with tears. It is as if reading the first letter of a daughter having left home and parents and haven't yet found a mate soothing her. Why doesn't she just write " Oh mom and dad I miss you so much " ?
