Then think about focusing on the present moment. Ignore all other thoughts by focusing only on the thought " entering the present moment " . Ignore how you feel and focus only on thinking that thought. 2. Hold that thought in focus using strong willpower. 3. Then broaden your focus WITHOUT lettling go of the " now " thought, so that you are now aware of both the thought and your actual perception of the present moment, such as your physical senses and feelings in body and mind. al.
