That is the nirvana...

....that is Only Liberation!

....

With every breath...

you take this Journey!

The journey can be of bondage...

or, it can be of liberation!

To see a seek a sense of " you " in what you do...

....in what you see...

in what you experience, feel and sense...

....is bondage!

To abide as that which is prior to...

....all the seeing, thinking, sensing and feeling...

....is only liberation!

>> is there really a spiritual journey?

When you " look at " the movement...

it 'becomes' a journey!

When you abide as that which 'moves

without really moving'

...it is realization that... there

never was any really a journey!

...

Abiding as that 'which doesn't really

move... amidst all apparent movements'

...is the Practice!

...

Each moment... " that which sees " can

focus at any of the three...

the movement...

the unmoved mover...

or,

the Existential Stillness!
