Guest guest
Whatever you " feel " is Not your fault! All the " feelings " belong to simple bio-chemical reactions... This is how the body-brain reacts given these inputs under these 'conditions'! The appropriate way to look is to look... is to look at the... Inputs! Look at the conditions... change the input... when possible, change the conditions when appropriate! ... Mind is just bound by its law and nature... Given certain inputs this is what it will do! [...and, this input includes... " thoughts " !] ... 'Guilt' and 'blame' is just another Bad Input! Music Unlimited - Access over 1 million songs. Try it free. If nothing else... the consumption of 'alcohol' and different psychedelic drugs... can teach one that! .... So can the 'consumption' of Great Beauty... The pristine Sunrise... a great Music... ....or a Bull running down the road towards you! .... There is not much 'personal' in it! To look for a 'personal issue' in those feeling is misleading... So is holding a 'person' responsible for them! .... Observe the inputs... take care of the Inputs... ....and, the feeling will automatically Change! [and, the input includes... " thoughts " !]
