GOOD AM,

ramana , i notice you lack the ability to speak perhaps it's type.

maybe you can identify with me. i have owned computors for 16 years

but just in the past year have i started using them and had to rely

on some typing skills, that i learned in the 60's in one year of high

school. But with practice i've gotten much better. Similarily with

speaking on this thing.

You too can learn, keep trying. God is always willing to help someone

who tries.

The topic on this post was about flesh eating, but i would presume

that our friend Nisargatta was a vegetarian, and let the animals be.

Not really a subject to debate amongst people on a spiritual path.

Is that why you just said " ha be quiet " ?

your friend in Her/Him

and of course of compassionate type, lol

What do the the Holy Prophets say?

Ezekiel said, by the mouth of the Holy Spirit, " you eat flesh, ie

animals, and lift up your eyes to idols, do you think you will go to

heaven,? " that is but one verse then the Holy Spirit again speaks "

I have laid the laand most desolate for all their abominations "

No doubt, God is the active principal of life and when you become one

with Him through the Holy Spirit, all good understanding manifests in

the infintessimal self and one becomes realized in the Absolute. Thus

Divine guidance leads that good son/daughter unto the good pastures

filled with all goodness and prosperity.

All nonsense thinking and cruel divisive actions are stopped when

one's heart is purged from all sin desire. However, the foundation

for attaining this pure state is founded in the self's ability to

realize it's eternal nature, sat cit, ananda.

This is difficult for most since thier is too much noise, ie

confusion circulating. Yherefore quiet is good for reflection, but

does not sustain. Maintenance is required, therefore the premise of

bhakti or (service and devtion) is the natural path for the souls.

The conclusion is who to serve. That is God.

Hoping you find a few more words to share with us.

True peace is not silent, true peace knows, sees and acts in God.

Meditation is popular in these days, b/c it's the beginning of

awakening the soul to it's true self.

Perfect and pure love, is of course the 'active' principal of God. As

written " God is love. " Therefore " love your brothers and sisters as

you would yourself " is the greatest expression by the Holy Spirit " .

And that will satisfy the soul, and Soul, as watering the root

satisfies the entire tree, so does service unto God satisfy God's

little parts. All of God's part's have the inherent qualities of God,

and ability to realize Him in truth.

Jesus said " eat my words " and i repeat " take this and eat, it may be

bitter in your belly, but in time, sweet as honey in your mouth. "

perhaps your quietness is good, it may imply an empty cup, now you

can fill it with fresh spring water, lol.

let's see what else is going on in the chattering room? lol
