Guest guest
I wonder if my theories are doing me any good. I just feel more emotional pain that even becomes physical pain. Not very good. All I can hope is that this is some form of cleansing process. If you knew you were doing good and helping someone, would you feel better? Your theories are your theories, they won't help you feel better. Look up Gary Null on the net, and let him help you get more healthy. My belief is that only an inner change will make a real difference (and maybe that belief in itself is a kind of placebo making it real on the physical level). I see very clearly that the intellect (at least my own) is " a piece of shit " . Honestly, look at your own process of thinking and you will see that it is crap. I am not saying this as a way of being rude, but as something I honestly see in myself and in other people. Our intellect is only needed when we don't have something else. That's why it seems almost impossible to let go of the intellect. To an " ordinary " person, letting go of the intellect seems complete madness, because they equate relaxing the intellect as evolving back to the ape state, but totally miss the point. We need to rise above the intellect. al.
