To Werner:

Werner: This idea there is an entity which is actively living has its origin

in your belief that consciousness is a cantainer, a receiver, a

mirror,

Larry: No, not a mirror, nothing is relected, but a consciousness that is all

things and is experiencing all things. And it is not a belief, it is my

experience. That is how I experience myself, what I am.

Werner: There is noone who sees, there is just seeing. Same with the other

senses. There is no one who thinks, there is just thinking.

Larry: I agree with this in a sense. Most people think there is someone who

sees, but there is not. Yet it seems there is, but there is not. There is

just consciousness that sees without seeing, thinks without thinking, is

without being. Yet still exists as all.

Werner: ....somesthing static which never changes but in which

the endless changing world is appering.

Larry: It, or I, am not static, I am all, that contains all, that is all,

and is change itself, and the root from which change occurs. Not static, but

alive.

Werner: All that is absolutely wrong.

Larry: If this is absolutely wrong, What is absolutely accurate, correct,

true?

Werner: And you believe this mirror is you and so you are invulnerable and

you have eternal life.

Larry: No I don't. But it's true that if you die, I am still alive. And

you can't kill all the parts, but if you did, I AM still alive, and as the

totality of consciousness which includes all substance, I AM invulnerable,

infinite, and eternal.

HOW GREAT YOU ARE, HOW GREAT I AM. ALL TRUTH, ALL KNOWING INVULNERABLE,

INFINITE AND ETERNAL.

Dear Larry, you write:

>No, not a mirror, nothing is reflected, but a consciousness that is

all things and is experiencing all things. And it is not a belief, it

is my experience. That is how I experience myself, what I am.

>...There is just consciousness that sees without seeing, thinks

without >thinking, is without being. Yet still exists as all.

You understood the process of experiencing. Now, why do you call this

process " consciousness " ? Why give it a mentally constructed form? Why

not leave it as it is... experiencing whatever " things " are

experienced? If you leave it just there: what are you missing?

---

>It, or I, am not static, I am all, that contains all, that is all,

>and is change itself, and the root from which change occurs. Not

static, >but alive.

---

What you observe is a process, not a subject or object, there are not

even things like roots or screens. Therefor any construct like

" consciousness " , which is a static objectification, is meaningless and

unnecessary. You just have to find out why you still feel tempted to

construct such terms, who it does and how it happens.

Just my 2 cents... :-)
