Guest guest
If I hear one more word on this banal Argument regarding Creationism or evolutionary theory Natural selection and/or intelligent design I'm going to scream Like that Munch painting Muffled and heard only in Your head, What the fff is wrong with saying God Did his deed and mankind called it evolution, I mean God doesn't talk about these or any other Things unless it is through someone or another, So tell me Einstein, who's right? If there is nothing but God and hearing what God Speaks, along the winding road, the Tower of Babel. That is. So tell me man woman guru saint sinner lover murderer warrior What words did you hear that caused you to be who you are... And what you did, what you have done and how you will Continue to be done, if you listen to your own God's words Without, you know, listening with your heart, where there is Only filling in the blanks with This Is, a Godly or Ungodly theory Or gospel of relatively, Ah, choices! We have to see existence as a miraculous expression of something more advanced than any dry scientific theory can tell us, yet we cannot solely rely on the mythic belief in a separate God. Both the dogmatic view of God and rational science depend totally on the intellect. We have to recognize that the intellect is one integrated part of existence, and not some separate thinking-machine. We have to recognize thought as only a limited aspect of reality, an illusion of total separation. The fact is that the intellect is not separate from existence, but probably only a stepping stone to a deeper and broader perspective. It's time for humanity to mature, to grow up from its intellectual and emotional prison. al.
Guest guest
I know, I know, Anna, It is not always fun to live in a world of so many different opinions than one's own. But, hosiannah - there is a nice place where you will find just your way of seeing things: You mind. Guest guest
When you say: <<< So tell me man woman guru saint sinner lover murderer warrior What words did you hear that caused you to be who you are... And what you did, what you have done and how you will Continue to be done, if you listen to your own God's words >>> I wonder at your emphasis on words. As if it were words that gave it all birth, defined its unfolding, and in the end tied it all together to make sense. Of course, one might say, " In the beginning was the Word, " but if so, such a " Word " was surely not a single word from some language, but rather a primordial " sound " of sorts, a fundamental vibration (think string theory here, perhaps), such as the Om of the Vedantic tradition. In the emergence of humankind from the primal mud there was so much going on before human language arose. And even after the arrival of human language, there is so much vastness that is *lost* because of the obscuring cataract of language's veil, blinding clear sight. As it seems to me, if language has one significant purpose it is to somehow free us of its hold. Why, afterall, is deep peace so often referred to as Silence?
