Guest guest
Why would anyone with guru aspirations make incredible fantastic claims? Is not credibility and asset to a teacher? There could be three obvious reasons: 1) She is crazy. 2) It is a ploy to attract controversy, and thereby notoriety. 3) It's a way to insure that only the most gullible and easy to exploit will become her disciples. It's sad that in this age, and specially, in this country of ours, fame has become a goal in itself, equal, if not superior to money on the Santa list. And if fame is impossible, then, notoriety will due, even infamy, will be considerate preferable than anonymity. So, nothing is too outrageous, ridiculous, or even too evil, if it wipes out the stain of anonymity. It is, of course, double sad that, a great number of people seeking God, This, or That, crave also to be known. Sad, and yet, hilariously ironic. People who seek the Unknown, hating like the plague to be unknown themselves. It splits my sides with laughter, that declaring to want nothing but God, they strive to be as unlike him as they can. " How does it feel to be on your own, like a complete Unknown? " Want to know? Not! LOL. Pete
