Shallow, abrupt, irregular breathing is directly linked to most metal ailments and many physical ailments. There is a harmony of breathing which is directly linked with the peace of the mind... .... Every night when you sleep... pay attention to your breathing. Do 'Conscious' Breathing... Breathe Consciously, breathe deep... feel the air filling your lungs, feel the air touching your navel... feel the air turning back as an exhale! Keep Consciously breathing... until you fall asleep... .... In the morning, as soon as you get up... Breathe deep... Breathe Consciously... Breathe in and out with both your nostrils... rotate your breathing between the two. .... Throughout the day, whenever, you have a moment: Observe your breathing.... Is it relaxed? Are you using both your nostrils? .. .... ...... Breathe deep... Breathe Consciously... rotate your breathing between both your nostrils.
