I guess going to satsangs with gurus and stuff could be a help sometimes, because they can point out the ego game. This means that gurus can help us to quicker see our own separate self, and so that it can be seen by " no one " as Tony Parsons says, or " just SEEE " as J. Krishnamurti almost yelled. al.
