there once was a little boy

that it was once alive

of millions of little worms

crawling all over it

 

a scared little boy dreaming

of running home scared

but can't get up the stairs

hungry for its flesh

 

and dreaming still

that dream of dreaming

that it's screaming out loud

and nobody hears him

 

the scared little boy dreams

that he's screaming

at millions of little worms

trying to kill him

and eat him alive

dreaming he can't get up the stairs

and he can't scream out loud enough

flesh eating worms

of chasing a little boy

up the stairs
