The word void is a futile attempt to point to something beyond duality. Obviously in your mind that has not occurred. If void can be seen as the same as fullness, then it has nothing to do with an ego, full of itself. If fullness is seen as opposite to void, it would refer to ordinary existence, the world of so-called illusion, not the ego. To talk about it that way is very odd. And there is no place for love in an empty mind. Love is something that concerns mostly humans and perhaps some other animals like elephants, monkeys and perhaps dolphins, and therefore exists in the ordinary world, not beyond the mind, or in the Absolute or Void, or Infinite Consciousness etc. This is a very strange discussion. Phil: Larry, Listen! Again, you have attributed comments to me that are not mine. I didn't say " an empty mind is full of being, creative love. Beyond the void.... " . I don't know who did. I also said nothing that implies the void is the same as fullness. I did say that fullness/void is a dualistic perception, and you saw fit to disagree with that and then basically repeat it. So what is ego if not part of the illusion? Do you think ego is part of Reality? It's a set of thoughts in an illusory mind. You then go back to talking about love, apparently referring again to the comment that I didn't write. One thing I agree with, this is a very strange discussion. You remind me a bit of our old friend Whitehorse, with whom I stopped conversing because he simply couldn't listen to anyone but himself. He, too, complained that we didn't love each other enough, while responding with arrogance, rudeness and belligerence. I believe we've come to that " end " part of the conversation we talked about. I wish you well, my friend. Phil
