Just relax, sit up straight, close your eyes a bit,

AND THERE YOU ARE!!

See, nothing to it. Stop creating a problem where none exists.

Larry, silver asked who, not where...

whoever I am I am everywhere

in me

taking myself along

for the ride of my lifetime,

windows down, driving

well over the speed limit,

silvering hair flying shouting

Boom,

" fasten your seatbelts, it's gonna be a bumpy ride. "

I asked who not where but I understand what you mean.

Okay: WHERE THE HELL AM I??

Location unknown. Sorry.

Just kidding. When I do as you say and relax, sit up straight and

close my eyes a bit, I sense that I AM. This sense, 'I am', seems to

remain with me for a while and then it recedes into the background

again. It appears that I have to force myself to recall it into

conscious awareness. Why?

Siver,

Niz did that for three years and several hours a day til he finally

got the breakthrough.

The best is to do it and NOT to speak about it.

I recently started the practice of Nisarga Yoga as explained

in 'Appendix 1' of 'I Am That'.

Let me quote one paragraph in the appendix which goes with what you

wrote, and then I'll shut up about it. Lol.

" Obviously, for dealing with things and people words are exceedingly

useful. But they make us live in a world totally symbolic and,

therefore, unreal. To break out from this prison of the verbal mind

into reality, one must be able to shift one's focus from the word to

what it refers to, the thing itself. " (p.513)

Wish me success.

Cute! :L Hey, look at that! I intended to write, " Let me try " but

I inadvertently typed a colon in front of the L when I started

typing. I have no idea what the face says but...who cares, right?

It happened and that is all?
