Guest guest
You will die soon, Your body absorbed Into the substance Of the earth. Your voice will soon Be silent, Your protests unheard, Your objections like Echoes, die away Into silence. You will die soon, Everything you worked for Will pass, Fade away. Those dreams Will vanish, Those desires will Be silent. Your house will collapse, Your clothes will turn to rags, Your car, polished so brightly Will turn to rust. Your children will Die in war, Fought without purpose, Fought without end. Laying there, wrapped In rotten camoflage, Helmets covering empty skulls, Flesh free, bones, and rusted guns Are covered in mud and dust. Let go of your small view, Let it expand it outward to infinity, And here you are, Now. Larry Epston www.epston.com Sent from Centennial High School Compton California During my prep period.
