It Is

 

Is there anyone or anything

That is separate, isolated

Alienated, or divorced from Life?

 

So it permeates everything,

Everywhere.

There is no place where

It is not.

Is there more of Life

Here than there?

Does it vary in quantity, quality,

Or consistency?

Is there anyplace, anywhere

Or anyone who can avoid

It?s power, grasp or existence?

It is everywhere, everything,

And everyone.

It is something and nothing,

The dream and the dreamer,

The witness and the witnessed,

In every good thing,

And every bad thing.

 

Since that is the situation, Just relax,

And go with the flow,

 

Stop arguing about it,

And enjoy Being It.
