Guest guest
SOUND AND WORDS How do words speak to the Soul? In the beginning was the word And the word was unknown Words rested In the Unborn Buddha Mind In emptiness, An echo of timeless memory Pulling itself from a trance, As it were, And remembering itself as Singular vestiges of Love, A returning echo And Then The word was spoken Language was born Misunderstood, misshapen Misread and rehearsed in the verses Identifications with subjectively and Objectivity were born, Oblique and hence quite forlorn Silences are spread in chasms Unsaid and oft read between the lines Of sentences strung together by Particulars and particles of beings Who hear what they want, a Highly trained selective listening process Gleaned as education and higher Learning, sometimes considered Both a modicum of thought and Subtle Conservation of energy Now we run against walls, Walls of words against words And beings who speak words that Conserve not energy and so become Destructive in nature, intent on Conserving secular thought without Thought to the thinker often forgotten In the context of barging in unannounced And walking without thinking or Remembering the sounds of a Distant thought, a distant howl, An echo Of the original thought: Who loves and who hears echoes As Sounds are gathered in the first Breath of Life And so Light is born in the memory of Sound LIGHT SPOKE And Light spoke to its kin, Darkness. Heretofore unknown Hello, My name is_______ I have just finished a 12 step Recovery program to find my Light Light, the one I lost in Sunday school when I sang " I'm going to let it shine, this little light Of mine " , and somehow I forgot, Or somehow I was Overshadowed AND SO ..And so Sound and Light Found each other Fell in Love And created Creation In one orgasmic Bliss .. And so A child was born In this And words fell From the Mind of God published in Palabras-Press jan. 2006 www.palabras-press.com
