Guest guest
Just a poem, don't let it bother you. But I Don't Anymore I used to think There was a heaven and a hell, But I don't anymore. I used to think A fairy would take my tooth And leave a dollar, But I don't anymore. I used to think That once someone Woke up from the dead, But I don't anymore. I used to think The the earth was 6,000 years old, But I don't anymore. I used to think That there was a god Who forgave sins, But I don't anymore. I used to think That god heard my prayers, But I don't anymore. I used to think That good people were rewarded in heaven, But I don't anymore. I used to think God protected us from harm, But I don't anymore. I used to think That there was a soul, But I don't anymore. Now, I am open and quiet inside, There are no questions, No searching for answers. Call it contentment, Call it fulfillment, Call it a release from suffering, Or call it nothing at all. It shines forever, It is forever, I am it forever. Larry Epston www.epston.com
