I don't fully agree but would like to move to...

I mean that if it is just ideas it isn't real, so we have to start

with our actual experience, and not even remembered experience,

but experience right now, in the present. Nothing else is real.

That means it isn't going to be lofty and abstract, but so what,

it's real.

Yes. The only thing I would comment on is the " Who I Am " part.

I believe that is a myth. How can I " turn my attention on myself " ?

Really, there is no attention to turn, for me at least.

I'm just wide-open and it's all happening.

I don't have choices like " turning my attention " .

 

Real attention seems to me to be full-wide-out-open. No compromise.
