raw and angry with Life,

I love how he takes me into his

arms and challenges me to

bend under his strength

and fears not my breaking his rib,

as I pull away...

 

I love how his words tease and please

and how his silence leaves me within an

inch of my life

I love the earthquake under our bed of lust

and how our oceans even as they divide us

crash into waves, how our primal

animals seep through our perspiration

and join us,,.

 

We are kindling wood in this

as passion and energy meet

in one synergetic movement of

how man and woman bring order from

Ana, make a note to self: Pete doesn't mind lots of poems a day as
