We are hearing the music of now Ana,

I am, You are, They are,

That's what this is,

It's not other than this,

In all its blood, and new birth,

It's death and joy,

That's what this is,

Just as it is.

This is the heart,

With its quiet and noise,

Rough and tumble,

Skin tearing, body burining.

This is the OM, the Infinite sound,

Don't you like it?

It is here and now,

Exploding.
