Guest guest
human mind can be at rest......because it can " understand " ....that there is absolutly nothing....what could be " missed " .....even when the mind is in rest.... ~~~~~~~ I wonder what is meant here by " understand " ... An activity, a process comes to an end. Was it a " seeing clearly " that led to that? Was it simple surrender? Was it something else? Or a combination? Something that was no longer is... and yet nothing has changed. It's as if whatever past there had been is were erased, not in a sense of amnesia, but in a sense of " knowing what it was like " . The personal subjective point of view is no longer possible. It is as if the place in the brain where that could happen has been removed. The contents of consciousness are no longer " what is going on " . Monitoring the contents of consciousness is no longer a concern. There is just the Ineffable, pouring through in silent, endless waves, a towering Non that drifts deep within. Within, yet no sense of center. Towering, yet no sense of " above " . Vast, yet no sense of space.
