Dualism and Non-Dualism

Dualism and Non-dualism.

 

Everything in life itself is non dual, is unified, is one.

Everything. The sun and moon and plants,

the earth, the distant galaxies and everything on the surface of the earth,

the plants, water, air. insects, vertabrates, invertabrates, mammals and

everything that everyone does is non dual.

The only thing that is dual is verbal constructions, language, words. It is

only when humans began to talk and write did the problems concerning dualism

arise. And today, it is the same thing. It is only because of the use of words

that are written and spoken that dualism occurs. And even words, if sensed

from a distance are non-dual. The dualism of words creates a fictional

representation of life, which is real as a fiction-like cartoon character. The

kind

of thinking that is verbal has the same fiction-like quality. So the moment

verbal thinking and talking stops, the world become non dual or unified, or one

seamless entity again. From moment within moment, or in the present, this is

so. Stop thinking for a moment, stop talking for a moment, and there you

are, there it is, life, non-dual, unified, one.
