Guest guest
Dear Reader, The teachings of Maharaj is the same of every other sage. But there is a great mistake done by some followers or Diciples for example Ramesh Balsekar - though his books are OK but not punching. On many occassion Mr.Ramesh Balsekar with due respect to his ATMA, I learned that his teachings of Advaita is purely based on Fatelism. Everything is put on Fate/Destiny and this Destiny cannot be conquered. Whereas great holy person and Avatar of Avatar Like Bhagwan Ramana Maharishi used to tell visitors yes indeed its prarabhda karma that is preordained in every jivatma. However one can conquer their destiny by looking inward. So I totally disagree with Ramesh Balsekar teaching of Advaita. J Krishnamurthi was in the begining writing good books on Advaita but at a later stage he started to attach Advaita and none of his book got sold.. In the same way, Ramesh Balsekar he is slowly teaching people - that OSAMA KILLED MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE because nothing is under his control and he has no choice...But great saint always say that Senses are the gift of GOD to everyone and using the sense in the right path leads to LOVE and PEACE..Osama could have used the sense and made a decision not to kill anyone...on that contrary he used the sense - the gift of god - for wrong purpose and hence he has sowed his destiny.. When I ask this question to Balsekar - he said that on next birth he will have to fulfill the karmic action but this will be to another body may be called KARAMA and NOT OSAMA...so why worry.. MrBalsekar must understand that the teachings of Maharaj is that ATMA IS THE SAME..SOUL IS the same..one can change his body or dress but the ATMA is the same... ANyone differ to my opinion. Om Namo Narayana Regarding fatalism: I agree that the path of negation has it's own boundaries, though I also recognize the value in that focus is removed from illusion in hopes of Truth showing up. Negation creates the paradox of negating that which is doing the negating. The presence of a paradox reveals a limited understanding of reality. It devalues/dismisses an aspect of divinity that we seek to know rather than honoring it. It negates the dualistic versions of love, joy and peace in the hopes of becoming the nondual versions of those same things. This creates an internal conflict in mind which results in struggle. This struggle must be eliminated but cannot be negated. Regarding the sowing of one's destiny: while this is true inasmuch as karmic material seems to be a part of evolution over many lives, it's not clear to me to whom this matters. Human identity is a flimsy collection of egoic thoughts to begin with. What remains of that ego in rebirth is merely some karmic propensities. There is no memory or personal identity, and so who exactly is it who gets reborn to experience this karma? As far as anyone behaving in a way in which they are not behaving, how is this possible? One is doing the best they can at all times, according to their awareness. Believing that one can choose to do otherwise is the projection of human judgment.
