What does it mean to be " in the Now " ?

Does silently experiencing oneness with no

thought whatsoever mean " in the Now? "

Yes and no, I'd say. Because there is a " sparkle "

to consciousness when awareness is open to the

*extremely rapid* updates constantly going on.

The sense of " sparkle " is due to the extremely

rapid updating of consciousness, it would seem.

When immersion in Now is so complete that all

is shimmering with the sparkle of presence,

then there *is no time* for any " I am feeling X " .

It is all moving too fast.

...................and not moving at all.

Perception and the " now " are antithetical.

NOW can only be Lived,

a presence of presence

an existence of existence...

forever seeking grace, to live to love to Be,

to Be, fulfilled exactly, definitely like this.
