now, now, bill, no need to get defensive. btw, it wasnt advice, but reading her

soul and recognising that she wasnt being nourished here. asked this question

yesterday but no one (he-he) answered. so, since you " seem " to be here, what is

the purpose of this board? at least what is your purpose here? you are here

right? (gotta qualify these questions it seems)

Fred, are you kinda new here?

If so, perhaps you don't know whereof you speak.

But what you might indeed do is apply your advice

to yourself. A very good place to start as far

as getting to know what this list is about.

since you've never heard me sing the " enlightenment bill blues " (old nth

dimension song) the answer would be, why yes have read some of it. and so my

question stands, if you are interested in these teachings then why aren't you

doing the teaching of what he taught.

wasn't trying to nourish your soul at all, was noticing that is wasn't being

nourished. " staying focused in his teachings " might be a stop gap of sorts. just

a thought, no need to get the illusion in an uproar.

Niz is rarely quoted here and ideas unique to his teachings rarely directly

discussed, so what is occurring is not so much what was intended. It's not

clear what is intended now.

there's seems to be the inclination by the members that if others (meaning

those who don't agree with their viewpoint) " stick with it " that clarity will

arrive (or whatever they think enlightenment is). is seems rather pejorative

(scrabble 19 pts.)

" Pejorative " . Yes, very nice.

So, basically, what you're saying is that most here believe they have

accomplished something that they feel they should teach others? I believe there

have been some accomplishments here, but wouldn't the inclination to teach this

seem to imply that there is a need to reinforce their ego position? Either

that, or they're just trying to be helpful. But if that were the case, it would

be friendly rather than belligerant and there's not much friendliness goin on

here really, so I'm goin with the first idea.

As mentioned before, my sense here is that of circularity and stagnation.

And seeing as how there were at least 300 posts today, we be running in circles

at light speed here. So if all the above is true, mayhaps the stagnation

results from a lack of humility; ego believing that is has a plan that's better

than God's plan, so nobody ever really comes to new understandings. And it

occurs to me that this is possibly the result of the understanding that there is

no God as such. Ego then defers to nothing because nothing is all there is.

Hmmm.....

Well, it seems clear that the circularity occurs for two reasons. One is

that positionalities are never surrendered. The other is that thinkingness is

sneered at and 'looking within' seems to be virtually unknown, and so there's

little chance of movement in the area of conceptualization and understanding.

Okay, folks, does any of that sound like what's goin on here? Maybe I should

ask if anybody cares......I guess the egos are gonna look for ways to

crucify me, huh? Sorry guys, I don't have the time or the patience these days to

play all the ego games, so there ya have it without all the window dressing.

This is where we decide if it's time for God to win, or if we can hold him off

a little longer. Is truth as important here as I think it is?

Truth to that, clearly looking at what we have on this board, me egoo thinks

not.
