P: Hur, you are exactly right! Bob intention is good,

but his means were not skillful, in the sense that a

deluge, a flood even of a good thing is always harmful.

It's in the nature of excess to harm, but maybe

this was a good lesson for Phil and other excessive

posters. In medicine and wisdom dosage is everything.

 

And, of course, in quoting, let's respect property rights.

 

Aside from that, I'm thrilled to see that Bob's trip to India

did him such good. Bob, before India was an ineffectual

poet, now he is very effective even when wrong,

like in this case. And what more can one ask, than to do

good, even when wrong. Is it not that, as close as it gets

to being infallible? ;)
