So, if you want to know what you love, notice what you have been paying attention to. By the way, have you paid attention to anything without thinking lately? Nice post.. going thru a lot of stress today, I`ve got a splinter in my being....... and finding that the only solution is in full attention again. It takes a lot of energy.
