Guest guest
Imagination as Corruption How sad those lost in imagination, How much sadder are those brilliant genius' lost in imagination. These are the ones that invent the religions that comdemn so many to false hopes, imaginary fears and lives polluted by the fantasies of the almost mad, who invent the angels and devils, the channelers and the priests in their pompous robes. Their imaginary inventions make the simple complex, the clear a distorted mirage of empty dreams. They trap the innocent and corrupt the naive in the net of their false stories and claims. There have been many false messiahs making claims of divinity and infallibility before their imprisonment and execution. Yet there is only one story that contains all the other stories, that contains all the lies, the fabrications and the fantasies and that is life itself. In that sense, the fakes and deceivers never overcome, never triumph because life puts them in the grave and dust will consume all their false words and the stillness of the forest and the desert, the ripple of streams and the roar of the ocean is always here to drown out the shrill claims of those who use imagination to prey on others.
