Everywhere you look, nothing of significance. Oh yeah! Your child was just run over by a truck. Nothing of significance. And the truck had a strange bumper sticker that read: " Life has human consciousness create an inner mental world...an elaborate story....in which there is nothing of significance. " What a strange coincidence. Larry Epston

The first question is, how is it that in this state of consciousness, I am human? One answer is, as consciousness, I do as I please. There are many others. As consciousness itself, all that I express in form is of my nature which is consciousness. As consciousness, I exist as individuals who are distinct from each other only in form because in essence, all form are me, consciousness. It's innacurate to talk about human consciousness, rather there is human individuality. Each individual is formed from my nature, consciousness, and in essense are the same, but as individuals you act as individuals as I thus create or express it. You are not individually or independently conscious in fact. Only I am consciousness and you are an individual, and only as you realize your true nature can you be consciousness itself. So, you deserve to be called an indiviidual, but not independently conscious. I am consciousness, you are an individual form that I am expressing. Larry Epston\ I pretty much agree with all that, Larry, which is why I asked the questions about this " human consciousness " . It seems to me there's also not a lot of difference between an " individual not independently conscious " and a 'mechanism'. They seem the same to me.
