L.E: Come on folks. Pain is physical. A cut finger a broken leg, cancer.

Suffering is emotional and rooted in fear of past and future which are

imaginary.

Live in the present and suffering disappears although pain doesn't.

There is hardly any pain when you don't suffer.

Even the pain of illness is the result of (less conscious) suffering.
