on judjement

I remember the sermont of the mount,

(Well yes, I was there and else-where..)

It says that the judjement you bear on other,

You bear it on yourself also.

Well, that always stayed in my awareness, like a

splinter,

And my understanding has been getting clearer about

it.

I see that any judjement I make,

Is always on myself, I feel it, bear it, have to

digest it.

Critics that I fabricate,

I carrie them like a stack of pine needles hidden in

my very stomach.

Nothing more poisonous than what I emit myself.

And so...

But what comes out of you..>
