Eternal is a construct, very suitable for hanging hats on.

Are you serious?

L.E: Since we use written symbols to communicate, anything that is written or

even spoken is a " construct " or " concept. " When this is rebuked, no more

communication is possible as one person sits in judgement of the other, defining

all that is said or written as a " construct " or " concept. " In that sense,

their criticism is also a " construct " or " concept. " And we have a viscious

circle or closed system that just goes round and round. The basic engine behind

this kind of verbal superiority is ego arrogance, where one person assumes the

role of all-knowing and the other as ignorant of the truth. It seem that this

is the case here, in this dialogue.

No Larry, not every word is a construct. It's a symbol.

It can be used to communicate about real things, but most of the time

on this kind of sites it is being used for communicating ones

illusions. That's when it becomes a construct.

I seriously have no idea what this dialog is about. The word " Eternal " is an

idea with a vague connotation of unending existence. Not a problem as

concepts go, but why would anyone want to turn it into some kind of structure to

allow for some kind of grasping or stabilizing, or whatever the hell the idea

actually is here?

My expressions are not always as simplified as they could be cause I

sometimes get carried away, but I do try not to create mental complexity for no

reason at all. It's interesting to me that this has been occurring here, and

even

more interesting that such complexity is employed in discussions about the

problematic nature of thought. (Would this be mind^2, or mind in transitory

interdimensional retreadification?:)~

I think you're right Bill, and not to be left behind let me say

this about that: whenever I find myself in my right mind, right there

is where I find myself in my right brain, not having left anything

behind either to the right or the left. That which is left after this

discovery made by me myself beside myself , to the right of centre,

which is to the left side of nothingness, I also see that at the

right hand of the father the nothingness obtains as well. But a little

nothing goes a long way towards that something that feels so right

when you've left youself behind.

Thoughts of an itsy-bitsy spider who goes up a water spout, as

down comes the rain which washes him right out. Than itsy-bitsy

spider climbs up the spout again. And if it rains again the pain will

gain on him.
