L.E: K sets up goals and spiritual fantasies. They sound good, but then so

did the fascist that killed millions, and the muslims that killed millions, and

the christians who killed millions. It can make a lot of sense to millions

and still be wrong or terrible. You will never be able to " properly deal with "

painful experiences which will almost always lead to suffering Buddha says

that desire is the root of suffering, and recommends the middle path. Much

better than whatever K is selling, I think.

There are many techniques or ways to deal with suffering and there is a

natural organic process that also comes into play. New experience covers up old

experiences over time, to a great extent although some experiences are so

painful they influence our lives for years. But there are many ways to deal

with

those " special one " as well.
