It can make a lot of sense to millions and still be wrong or terrible. You will never be able to " properly deal with " painful experiences which will almost always lead to suffering Buddha says that desire is the root of suffering, and recommends the middle path. Much better than whatever K is selling, I think. There are many techniques or ways to deal with suffering and there is a natural organic process that also comes into play. New experience covers up old experiences over time, to a great extent although some experiences are so painful they influence our lives for years.
