There is only one time of year I love to hate!

Is it just me? Or both of me? I don't know, in a bipolar way of not

knowing but, even though I'm neither manic nor depressive about

it...I hate (excuse me Lord)..I do HATE, this Taxing Time of Year.

Accounting and Rendering unto Caeser is a hell of a way to have a

good time! Maybe it's the early imprint from those Tales from the New

Testament...Caeser's Census..Joseph hauling up stakes with Mary and

and jostling off to Bethlehem..Then having to flee to Egypt with her

and the Kid! Probably took too many deductions for the woodshop, I

just don't know. But he couldn't have done it for fun. Hell, Egypt's

as hot as the nether region mentioned at this sentences beggining.In

fact, at any time: wintertime, summertime, autumn and

springtime..harvest time, haying time, the rainy season..even with

Daylight Savings Time..Egypt would not have neen a vacation

choice...it was avoiding (not evading), this whole withholding tax

report, this revenue enhancement crap! I agree with Joe. This thing

is a no go mojo inflowtaxing trap. But they have much better tax

collectors here nowadays , so I'll just Render unto Caeser, that

whish is Caesers and keep my own 2 1/2 % of my income for my noself

self! Are you with me so far? What's really the kvetch with me, the

backbiting broodbitchy thing is having to " get all my papers in

order " , as the Gestapo was fond of saying, and reviewing the whole

dang past year...I mean I love life and all that goes with it, but

there are always a few things I'd like to never return to, but with

my " Return " , I've got to revisit the whole lot from the year gone by.

Not a pretty picture! I've talked this over with my pals Bert and

Ernie this morning and Bert say's Ernie must account for his whole

bottlecap collection so what am I doing complainig about anything,

and Bert says, " Oh Ernie! " ..now there's a bud! I think I'll keep him

on hand for awhile..maybe the whole day.. " Gee dear, I couldn't get

the income tax stuff together cause my hand was full! " That's the

ticket..yeah she'll buy that one. But will my accountant????????
