Guest guest
B:Well there you go and here I am..redfaced bob .. ashamed I am. my inner sage tells me that you are sincere both there and here.I'm not to fear and not shed tears...It's now so clear. But a question does pose itself. To wit: if what I post is already on the world wide web...what lawsuit? Sorry I must be missing some legal nicety? Please explain.....bob P; Copyright lawyer I'm not, but a pinch of common sense and common law I have. The WWW is the old wild West and horse thieves abound. And if Jack robbed a horse from Paul and gave it to Mary, Mary is going to be asked, why she didn't inquire why there was a P burned on the horse's romp and not a J. A short answer could mean a short rope. So there you go, that you find something on the net, doesn't mean the owner put it there, and it's OK to use it, unless it says so. That is my opinion, what is yours? You can read about copyrights on the net.
