As if I am making this up only for myself? Old suffering is buried under new experiences. That is how it works for most people. Are you the exception? Have you a method to deal with problems that others do not have? How can a person " keep the past intact? " Some will obsess and dwell on hurts for a while, and for some, a long while. a failed marriage, the death of a child. " but most of us get over it, if it isn't too painful. Where's the confusion here? Are you understanding what I am writing? Len has a mean and hostile side. Haven't you seen it? Perhaps he prefers to avoid the suffering he deserves for the thoughts he has and the things he has done? Larry Epston
