Guest guest
The teacher had told me, if you want something, first you must fully understand... what THAT which you want IS! If joy is what you want... first, pay FULL attention and find out what JOY really is... see it, observe it, examine it... do it when you are very joyous... If happiness is what you want, first find out what happiness really is... If pain is what you would rather avoid first understand what Pain really IS! As I had completed my last project with great success, I was feeling extremely joyous... I tried to observe and find out... what this *joy* really was... I looked within... and, all I found was... P E A C E... There were Only some *movement* on the surface but, underneath it was just Peace!!! ... I started observing it more and more... in the moments of great celebrations, in the moments of complaining, in the moment of glory, in the moment of agony... when I looked within... all I found was... P E A C E... The movement [no matter how furious, frenetic or gentle it seemed]... seemed to be only on the Surface! And, more frequently than not... this *movement* was fuelled and sustained by some *thought*...
