Guest guest
" Don't be afraid of Hell and do not hope for Heaven " ...some fundamentalist Christian preachers hate to hear this said. I know that one for a fact. Actually I'd rather forget the incident that helped me come to this knowledge. I said it at a gathering of friends and hadn't known the place and position of the one who was so offended by the remark and was in attendance there. Well anyway, even after I explained my position, I only made him more upset as if I was trying to fan the flames of a situation that was a creation of his not mine. I was trying to smooth things out in reality. I said " Look, I'm not trying to be a heretic, even though I may be one. I'm just saying that fear and greed are not the best ways to teach someone. The loving minister as I said was pissed and could't let it go. I don't think he has to this day. But he should have no fear, and he should have no hope..that I'll ever darken the doors of his ministry.Guaranteed.This one he can take to the bank or the heaven he's so greedy for. bob (the misunderstood)
