Toombaru L.E: Well that's what the book said he said, so sue me. Even though I agree with you, or the non-you that you are, or the you that you are not, or whatever. And he uses the " I am " throughout the book so either he was faking or using language that can be easily understood. If he talked like you hardly anyone would have listened to him. And as it is, hardly anyone listens to him. After all, how many people come to your house to listen to you who are not there?

In and out, that's life. But when he makes self claims, he uses the I am form. You probably don't like the term 'self claims.' Ramana! That speech by him that I think you posted was not very supportive of his virtues, but I just went by what was written and that was not very positive. " Pristine Quiesence " lovely, graceful. Windows? How about doors? Is there a little kitty door for Josey to come in out of the rain? Do you revere anything or anybody? Are you irreverent? Non reverent? Well it's none of my business anyhow so you don't have to anwer. As far as your head is concerned, I would have thought you would have lost it by now. After all, that's where the non-existent ego, and the non-existent mind and the non-existent thoughts reside. Headless I stand before you, no mouth, eyes or ears, fully imbeded in the Absolute Eternal One Being that is beyond all names and forms. p.s. Don't let the 'I " bother you. Funny statement. Can be read two ways. The first claims superiority. The second way says we are all equal. From previous posts, my guess is that the first way is the intended meaning. So, " who is higher than the self? " It is the SELF which embraces all that is and exists beyond all that is, that is higher than the self. Q: Who so speaks? A: No one, nothing. There are no voices and no ears to hear. Larry Epston

Funny statement. Can be read two ways. The first claims superiority. The second way says we are all equal. From previous posts, my guess is that the first way is the intended meaning. Well, " There " , " is " , " no " and " higher " are illusory dualistic perceptions made from mind, which doesn't exist anyhoo. There is no " head " , no " my " and no " own " . That leaves the word " than " , which is obviously a meaningless symbolic creation of a meaningless thought, so actually the statement doesn't exist at all and can't even be read, much less interpreted. ~
