Guest guest
Doesn't have to be that at all. I said in one of my replies on this thread that making " silent mind " an objective is a serious danger, and is one reason I tend to avoid talking about it. PATRICIA L.E: You as ego cannot make mind silent. You as ego can be silent and withdraw back into mind from where you come. Mind is always silent and hidden Ego can become aware of how mind operates through it as it. Or perhaps mind can become aware of how ego operates and make changes in itself. Its all a unity. Brain, mind, ego. They all work together, and are part of one another. It has to do with changing focuses of energy moving in internal spaces. Ego is not self-sustaining. It is an expression of the mind's process. Even as the ego perhaps thinks it is thinking, it is the hidden mind that is thinking and the ego is just expressing the process of the mind.
