Guest guest
Hello everyone, My name is Matt and I am new member to this list. I came across a copy of Maharaj's book " I Am That " and found the liberating word... Maharaj's words weaned me off the false currency of vague concepts and propaganda that pass as " knowledge " in spiritual circles; and the diseeminators of such information are those who have never used their own eyes to see but feel it incumbent to teach others who don't even know that they have eyes to see...Thus a tradition of folklore and rumour acquires a religious standing through endless repetition and pious posturing, until everyone falls into a social trance and truth becomes the echo of an echo of an echo of an echo... Anyway, I found an excellent blog site by a disciple of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, Mark West. He studied with Maharaj, along with " Sailor Bob Adamson " , in the 1970s. The site contains 9 audio interviews with Mark West in MP3 format, free to download, and covers Mark's experiences with Maharaj, biographical information, talks on Advaita, and its relationship to Christianity and Buddhism. The web address is: http://nisargadattasmessage.blogspot.com/ Enjoy!

If you are the same then the members of the Nisargadatta list are in for a treat! Bill
