Guest guest
Some disjointed thoughts: If there is a monster anywhere, than I am that monster. All guilt is my guilt. All evil is my evil. All poles are my poles. Therefore how can I hate? All poles are both positive and negative depending on viewpoint. True absolute empathy means that there is no game. Before one can contemplate " I am not that " , one must contemplate " I am both this and that " . The result is love for both poles. None of this can be accomplished via " trying " . I can only do it by just watching to see if this neutral or holistic view arises. Stu

Guest guest
Before one can contemplate " I am not that " , one must contemplate " I am >both this and that " . >The result is love for both poles. L.E: Contemplating " I am that, " or " I am, " changes nothing. Realization exists when there are no poles to contemplate. Even love and not love vanish.
