Guest guest
In order to allow a realization or ascension to grow, rather than have it die and early death in just moments after it was born, I can readjust my shape or structure in order to flow with the new experience. What won't go through the eye of the needle must let go of its shape. That dearly held shape or matrix is held together by fear. By fully facing the fear and surrendering to it is to allow myself to follow my realization through the eye of the needle to its completion, where there are no states, and nothing is complete or incomplete. It is most definitely an experience. Is it an out-of-body experience? Depends where you define the body, is it with in your physical length breadth depth or height? Is it in your mental capacity to see where your awareness begins? Ends? Have you opened yourself to actively participate in greater and greater degrees in your own life? Have you decided to transcend fear in order to know the fullness of living without self-proclaimed hinderances? Beyond any systems of belief? Ascension is being fully open in all the pathways, chakras, with kundalini rising into greater and greater experiences of Love and Oneness with the Isness of Is. This. One Life, Living itself in/as/of You. Let your mantra be " let go " and every moment is unspeakable in its clarity, in the synchronicity of life, in the joy and bliss that was always ours, always there/here; we were inexperienced. That's all. Love and hugs, Ana

To me there is no mantra; there is only the cessation of thoughts... I am unable to meditate for more that 1/20th of a second:-) but I can look between the thoughts!:-) Stu Stu
