Guest guest
" If there is no joy, ease, or lightness in what you are doing, it does not necessarily mean that you need to change what you are doing. It may be sufficient to change the how. 'How' is always more important than 'what.' See if you can give much more attention to the doing than to the result that you want to achieve through it. Give your fullest attention to whatever the moment presents. " ~ Eckhart Tolle as if noticing that each moment has vibrance... subtly woven vibrations... and for any moment not wondering " what it is " ... but marveling rather at those vibrations... how they weave, and can change it is like noticing your breath... and in so noticing subtly deepening the breath... slowing the breath... just so the vibrations of the moment can deepen... become richer... so many untapped dimensions! when we stop looking ahead to " what is coming " and rather soften deepen, melt into the richness of this that is Bill
