Guest guest
Observing the mind and its fancie, trying to understand its hows and whys, doesn`t have much interest for me. Lately, I am very facinated by the movement of attention. Seems that attention has a life of its own. The more I fall into quietness and allow room, the more attention stretches and fills the space that I am. Attention permeates all, within and around. it seems to be a kind of tranquil, luminous substance that rises from openess: open relaxed being. I wonder if attention is the same as essence? What you say is true. To many attention is just a " point " -- the point where attention *is*. But that is the very limiting case. It is a wonderous discovery to find that attention can expand, soften, melt, flow, all the things you suggest. Bill
