Something I just wrote for a friend who expressed

feeling stress, and thought to share it with this

group. - Bill

......

just return again and again to your heart.

the mind experiences stress.

the heart is simply with what is.

when you realize that stress is just a reminder

that you mind has taken over, you can see

stress as a wonderful blessing that tells you

something very important: you've left your

heart and gone into your mind!

there it is...in those exact words...perfect

this " left " is the beginning of all so-called problems...

not only " stress " ...

and the end of all so-called problems is this

staying in heartland -

whatever the mind is offering...not going there...not playing that

game...

this is the end of all...not going...just staying

no more leaving (heart) - (no more going into mind)...iietsa

oh toombaru!

are you really that dense

or just sooo totally committed to

one-ups-manship?

[i suppose both are possible... commitment

to one-ups-manship engenders a blindness

to really seeing what the other is saying.]

Maybe that is intrinsic to your thing about

these messages only being exchanges with

yourself? What the so-called " other " is saying...

not that important?

So it would seem anyway.

I must give up the notion that it is not futile

to try to communicate with you...

The attempt to 'stay in the heartland' is merely one more futile

attempt to avoid the stress of identification.

It is a bromide for a condition that does not exist.

How's it workin out for you so far?

It's another manicured mind maze.

The self help section has hundreds of them.

There is one very good reason that they never work.

Can you guess what that is?

so that means you are never *really* trying

to make a point via what you write, since

any point you might be trying to make, you

already know (obviously). Correct?

only deny this, since I'm not a minimalist, stylistically. But his

pointlessness has some radical points.

the name 'toombaru' is appended to myriad messages

that pretend to communicate...
